Three Updates In One (2025.08.24)

I am here with another installment of three updates in one! Let's get right into it!

Update #1: An Internship

Ever since Thursday, due to my ongoing problems of not finding a job I can sustain myself with, I was able to (with help from my Mom) get an internship. I wouldn't exactly call it a "new chapter" in my life because (a) it's unpaid, (b) I will only be there for two months and (c) it is not an art-related job. However, there is the potential of turning that into a full-time job, so here's hoping!

Update #2: Getting Back To Animation

You know what I have missed doing for two years? 2-D animation. As a frequent fan of it, who has watched countless hours of animations compared to all the other content I watch, it baffles me nowadays that I haven't animated anything since college. I guess what kept me from animating is the fact that it objectively takes a long time to make and the animation program I used for my last animation (specifically Krita) was kind of a pain to work with. Despite having these excuses in my mindset, there were so many ideas I wanted to animate. After some thought and talk-tos, I decided to find an animation software that is easy to use (specifically RoughAnimator) and designated at least one-sixth of my day to making animations. 

In fact, I'm working on an animation right now! However, due to contractual reasons, I can't tell you what it is until it's published. I'm considering making a blog post about it when it is all said and done, so stay tuned for that. 

Update #3: Yet Another New Schedule

With all that said, I believe now's a good time to share with you an update about my availability. As seen in the image above, I will be available at any of these designated times at any time, specifically between 5:30 - 7:30 AM and 5:30 - 9:30 PM.

As I mentioned before, if I have an idea for an animation and want to work on it, I will only spend 4 of the 6 hours I am available for when it comes to art. Looks like, at this point, in terms of art, I need to learn how to make the most of the time I have available. I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem if I continue to practice on it, though.
