A Reminder With A Slight Caveat

At this point, I want to share with you a quick reminder and a caveat regarding Pencil Artist Studio. Let's start with the caveat first.

Caveat: My Previous BlueSky Account Has Been Compromised

From this moment on, the profile you knew as @pencilartiststudio.bsky.social is no more.

In case you haven't heard, there has recently been a phishing scheme running rampant on Bluesky that disguises itself as people willing to help you solve an accidental reporting of your Bluesky account. They tell you this in the Bluesky DMs, then offer "help" by sending you a link to an account that impersonates a support person from Bluesky. Then, they ask you to change your email on Bluesky for your account to avoid any "technical difficulties" and to "help" authenticate your account and lift the suspension by paying money.

Yep, I went that far and there is no turning back now. My account has been deactivated currently and there is no way to find it now. ...God, I hate that there is a lack of trust in this world.

So, yeah, in case if you're wondering what my new Bluesky account is currently, it's @pencartstudio.bsky.social. If you see any Bluesky DMs from @pencilartiststudio.bsky.social or DMs offering help for an "accidental report," block them from oblivion. 

If there is a chance that I have reclaimed that account again, I'll notify you all.

Reminder: Art Requests, Trades & Commissions Are Open

Fortunately for my Bluesky situation, that has not stopped me from being open for art requests, art trades and commissions!
